Hi there! I'm Viviana, the founder and creative mind behind Party Planning By Cortes! Party Planning By Cortes was born in May 2016 after my son was born. Fill in love doing his first party and wanted to bring joy to every family and friends.
We are proud to offer balloon decor options for any budget every event is differnet. During Covid-19 in March of 2020 we started to offer outdoors celection to make HAPPINESS come to everyone during a hard time.
